1. Digital Product

Tea Theater Masterclass is a digital educational product that includes:

• Streaming video masterclass content
• Three downloadable PDF guides
• Educational and informational materials related to tea education, rituals, aesthetics, and wellness-oriented practices

Video materials are provided for online streaming access only and may not be downloaded, reproduced, or redistributed.

PDF materials are downloadable for personal use only.

All content is delivered digitally through Teachable and/or associated platforms.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing this product, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
• You are using the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Teachable.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, content, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to proprietary materials, refunds are generally not provided.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You receive immediate access to digital content
• Certain materials are downloadable
• Digital access cannot be returned once delivered

5. License and Intellectual Property

Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Company is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by account sharing, credential theft, or failure to secure login information.

7. Educational Purposes Only

The Tea Theater Masterclass is intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing within this product constitutes medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or healthcare advice.

• Klaviyo

The Company is not responsible for the policies, outages, security practices, or actions of third-party providers.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you experience an issue with your purchase, you agree to contact the Company before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or abusive chargeback activity may result in suspension or termination of access to current and future products or services.

11. Content Updates

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove portions of the content, platform structure, or materials at any time without prior notice.

12. International Users

The Company operates primarily from the United States but serves an international audience.
